Mount Everest

Mount Everest, located between Nepal and Tibet in the Himalayas, is the literal pinnacle of mountaineering. No other mountain reaches as high into the sky and no other mountain is more sought after than Everest. While the climb itself isn’t particularly technical, life in the “death zone” is tedious and arduous; the lack of oxygen, the bitter cold, and powerful winds are just a few of the difficulties at hand.
