Ultraman Hawaii

Ultraman Hawaii, also known as The Ultraman World Championship, is a 3 day ultra-distance triathlon. The first day is comprised on a 6.2 mile (10km) ocean swim and a 90 mile (145 km) ride with 7,659 feet (2,334 m) of elevation gain. The second day involves a 171 mile (275 km) ride with 8,633 feet (2,631 m) of elevation gain. The third and final day consists of a 52.4 mile (84 km) run. In total, the race covers 320 miles (515 km) across a very hot, humid, and windy environment.
